While some States are enacting pro-life laws, Roe vs Wade remains the law of the land until it is overturned. The Supreme Court did state that once it was determined that life begins, Roe vs Wade would be nullified so individual States can extend the courts protection to the unborn babies by stating when life begins. Therefore, it is essential that voters elect pro-life legislators and governors and keep pressure on them to enact such legislation. It is also important to elect pro-life judges to ensure that they will enforce the laws. However, we still need a national declaration of when life begins to extend protection to the unborn throughout the U.S. It is therefore important for voters to elect pro-life representatives to Congress and a pro-life President to enact national laws and appoint pro-life judges that will enforce them. This next election is especially crucial. It is crucial that voters elect as many pro-life representatives to the House and Senate as possible to return control of the House and the Senate to conservatives. While some Democrats say they are pro-life, they continue to vote pro-abortion due to Planned Parenthood’s threat to withhold campaign funds if they don’t. Do they serve the American people or Planned Parenthood?
