With the Supreme Court having a conservative majority, Roe vs Wade was overturned. As a result, it has reverted back to each State to regulate it. Conservative States outlawed it but liberal States have kept it. Planned Parenthood has been working to  make abortion legal in all States by pushing deceptive Amendments to State Constitutions that sound like they are limiting abortions but are putting in loopholes that allow them to perform abortions for any reason up to and including at birth. As a result, they have managed to get such amendments into conservative States preventing them from limiting abortions. Planned Parenthood has been expanding their facilities in States where it was still legal and are working to make them more accessible, such as facilitating transportation for those in need and expanding the use of telemedicine where the doctor interviews the client by teleconference and prescribes the medicine needed to perform the abortion. The doctor does not have to see the client face-to-face or supervise the abortion. As a result, the woman does not have medical supervision in the event of complications which could become fatal. As a result, death from abortions have increased although it is difficult to determine how much since coroners hide abortion deaths under ambiguous phrases. For instance a woman who died from an abortion was listed as having died from a perforated uterus. The cause of the perforation, which was an abortion, was only discovered when the family demanded more information. In addition, they are utilizing the liberal media to change public opinion about abortion to make it more acceptable. The church must continue to inform people of the importance of protecting life and the dangers of abortion.

Sanctity of Life While those supporting abortion say they are trying to protect women, recent reports indicate that women are increasingly getting abortions because the baby is a girl and they want a boy. It is well known in India and China where male babies are prized over girls, especially with the one/two child rule in China. Since they are only allowed one or two, they prefer a boy, and will often abort girl babies. However, we are now seeing an unprecedented growth in the practice of aborting girls due to preference for boys in Eastern Europe. Doctors in the U.S. and Britain are also reporting a growing number of girls being aborted due to a preference for boys. Hillary Clinton, on a trip to China, praised them for making abortion available for women there, ignoring the fact that many women are forced to abort a second or third child against their will under the one/two child rule and many will voluntarily abort girls if they come first and try for a boy. While those supporting abortion say their opponents are against women, their own policies amount to a war against girls (future women).
