HomeWelcome to Neighborhood Ministries. I hope that this will be a place where we can share our desire to reach a lost and dying world with the Good News that Christ has come and freed man from slavery to sin and death and where we can support and encourage one another. My desire is to share what I have learned in 48 years of ministry and I hope that you will share what you have learned so that we can work together to rebuild the kingdom of God until Christ returns and makes all things new.

Special Populations-IntroductionSome of the groups you specifically discussed were elderly, disabled, impoverished, and homeless. You may want to include other special populations such as prisoners, veterans, immigrants and refugees. Additional resources could also be mentioned (or linked to) for each of these populations.
Community BuildingWhy is it important for ministries to build a community around them? Where can they start? This may also be a place to discuss the differences between “programs” and neighborhood ministries.

Sorry but due to problems with our provider, the website was down for a while and we had to make changes to correct it. It is back to functioning but has changed a bit. It will take a little while to work out the details.
